Microsoft Studios recently announced the forthcoming release of World Series of Poker: Full House Pro, the spiritual successor to the critically acclaimed Full House Poker. Set for release on Xbox 360 and Windows 8, it’s now been confirmed that World Series of Poker: Full House Pro will include cross-platform play as standard.
A free-to-play title on both formats, World Series of Poker: Full House Pro will offer gamers increasing amounts of chips for each consecutive day they play the videogame. What’s more, according to Electronic Theatre, each player’s bank is shared between Xbox 360 and Windows 8 devices in a similar fashion to the bankroll of Full House Poker on Xbox 360 and Windows Phone. However, this time around gamers can continue with all of their gameplay, not just sharing a single statistic.
No official release date for World Series of Poker: Full House Pro has yet been announced, but with Windows 8 gaming expected to receive a big push this spring Metro Gaming predicts we’ll see it sooner rather than later.
